Our current processing time is 3-14 business days for made-to-order items such as Apparel and Tote Bags. Orders that do not include clothing are usually processed faster. We do not offer rushed processing at this time.

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Shirts are printed to order. Once your order has been submitted we do not accept size change requests if your order has been sent to queue to print. A size chart is included in the listings photos for your convenience. 

All orders will include a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. If you have any delivery problems after it has been processed and shipped by us, PLEASE CONTACT USPS/UPS and give them your tracking number so they can further assist you. We cannot locate a package for you but if you need assistance filing a lost package claim, please e-mail us!

Please note: Choosing Priority Shipping will not mean your order will be processed faster. Priority is just a shipping class. Please make sure to e-mail us BEFORE placing your order if you need your item(s) by a specific date. 

First Class Mail within the US takes approximately 3-5 days to arrive after being processed. Please note: First Class mail is uninsured so if you want your package to be insured up to $100, please purchase Priority Shipping.  If you would like extra insurance, please e-mail me at to purchase additional insurance.

Priority Mail within the US takes approximately 1-3 days to arrive after being processed.

International orders may take approximately 10-21 days to arrive after being processed.

We cannot guarantee this time frame. 

We cannot control or assume responsibility for any lost shipments, stolen packages, delays or "return to sender" issues that occur once we have mailed your order. Tracking numbers are available on all orders. If there are any delays or concerns with lost packages, please contact USPS directly. We are not able to locate any packages for you or see additional information beyond what's in the tracking status.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. The buyer will be responsible for paying to re-ship to the correct address. If buyer does not want to pay to have the item re-shipped, seller will give a refund (minus shipping cost) upon undamaged return of the item. There also is a restock charge on made-to-order items which will vary depending on the item. We are not responsible for refunding shipping fees once your package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for customs fees. Please do NOT ask us to mark your orders as gift or less than the original value. This is illegal and can come with hefty penalties. The buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will resend the correct item(s) at no cost if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

For FREE SHIPPING deals, the less expensive shipping method (tracking included) will be chosen when available.
